Circa 1950’s party dress is sure to perk up any dreary day.  Add some black opaque tights and colorful wedges and your friends won't know if this is Prada or Marc Jacobs.  Clear colors of Dijon, tabac, creamsicle , and the most stunning creamy kelly green.
