If you simply MUST wear a black dress this year, why not make it retro fabulous?  This 1950's "Johnny E" black taffeta cocktail dress is just the thing to wear to all your parties!  Adorable details, velvet ribbon and lace scallop at the neckline, darling bow on the back, with 2 long flowing ribbons.  The bodice is fitted while the skirt is full, flowing, with soft box pleats and has a spread of 142 inches.  Thats a lot of "twirl room!"  Label states a vintage size 11.
