1960s Shahrazad Gown

Sold at Saks Fifth Avenue, circa 1950s. Gold lurex embroidery runs throughout this tapestry evening gown. Shades of claret and midnight.  The front boasts a "faux" jeweled empire waist, front and sleeve detail.  Very elegant and glamorous.  We see hair piled high and rich gold jewelry as accents.  Add a pair of jeweled ballet flats and your night is complete. 17 inch front slit is daring!  Completely lined with back hidden zip.
