Carolyne Roehm Silk Dress

1980’s silk shift dress with dolman sleeves. A very graceful , elegant and cool frock that is so indicative of Carolyne Roehm’s design style. (Carolyne Roehm was known for her "blue blood" type designs, which were worn by her society friends in the 1980's.)  We find this dress to be so very "French nautical." Just the thing to throw on as a beach cover up (perhaps  with espadrilles and a straw hat on the French Riviera?) or wear to an early spring party. Horizontal navy and white stripes with a 6 inch red hem. Very good condition. Unlined. Label states a modern size 10.
