- Shipping & Delivery
- All items are shipped via USPS, within 24 hrs of order. You will be notified by email with tracking info. Need faster delivery? Please contact us for overnight or 2nd day mail. International orders are shipped within 48 hrs of order. They are shipped USPS Priority. The cost of this shipping method is $40.00. It does provide tracking for international orders. Please note, buyer is solely responsible for taxes, customs and duties. We are not responsible for lost packages or those held by customs. Michigan residents are responsible for 6% sales tax.
- Returns & Replacements
- Chi-Chi and the Greek will accept returns for STORE credit only. We do not return due to sizing issues. Returns are granted when item has been misrepresented. All items are checked before shipping by 2 separate employees. We do not give cash back on returns. Please follow these steps to ensure your return goes smoothly.
- send email within 24 hrs. of receiving item.
- state nature of return.
- item must have all original tags intact.
- item must be shipped with delivery confirmation. Insurance and a tracking number must be provided.
- item must be shipped to address given to you.
- item must be received within 7 days.
We reserve the right to refuse return if item is not in original condition.
