Mary Barron, sheer, bubblegum pink peignoir with white lace at the bodice. A peignoir is a long, sheer garment or robe the women used to wear while brushing out their hair before bed. It can be paired with a negligee or nightie but was never worn with underwear! Oh my! No matter what, if anything, you pair this with, it is the most divine vintage peignoir you'll ever see! The empire waist is adjustable, one long pink cord which is threaded thru the lace allows for a variety of shapes and sizes. The white lace top is lightly backed by one layer of pale pink, nylon chiffon. Sleeves are full and short. Body is composed one layer of nylon, attached with small gathers at the bodice. In very good condition. Sized at a medium. Bust can accommodate up to 36 inches. (shown with slip underneath, not included)
