Chic tulip dress by Morton Myles.  Top has defined shoulder pads (with 2 soft pleats), scalloped, nipped ,waist showcasing 2 large jet black buttons adorned with sparkling stones.  Bottom is heavy, luxurious satin with box pleats at wasit.  two small hidden snaps at cuffs, back zip.  Excellent condition.
