Pauline Trigere
Born in France in 1909,Pauline Trigere moved to the United States in the 1930's. Without a husband to support her and her children, this stylish maverick turned to fashion to take care of her family.
Her clothing is stylish and eclectic. Well known for her coats, some which are reversible, Trigere soon became a pretty darn famous clothing designer. We have several of her garments and not only do they stand the test of time, they are down right gorgeous!
We have seen this exact coat for sale at triple the price, but hey! we live in Michigan, darlings. Where the economy, if we may speak bluntly, sucks. So while we'd love to sell this for over $800.00 , we'll settle for a bit less! A 100% black wool coat with royal blue accents on the cuff and inner right lapel. In very good condition, small areas of wear, nothing to shreik about.
