Italian born designer, Pierre Cardin, is usually known for his advant garde designs, geometric shapes and futuristic styles.  While we admire those daring looks, they aren't always practical, or flattering.  Then we saw this dress: nude colored poly, sheer silky fabric, plunging neckline, large quilted padded shoulders, billowy sleeves, gold tone buttons with his logo....did Pierre have a split personality?  Perhaps, but frankly my dears, we could not give a damn.  This feminine vintage dress is sublime, classy, funky, just oh so perfect!   The best part is that even if you are not blessed with a curvy figure, this dress will give the illusion of an hourglass shape. You may want to add a sweet vintage slip underneath, or not! And with the universal nude color you are clearly able to have some fun with it by using different colored full or half slips.  Delicious!
