Polices We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express through Paypal. You can also use your Paypal account for purchases. It is not necessary to sign up for Paypal to purchase items. We also accept checks and money orders. Please contact us for purchase total on desired items. We will hold item for 5 days. Allow 7 days for check to clear.
Shipping All purchases will be processed within 2 business days. You will receive conformation once item has been shipped. We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged items once they have left the building!! All items are shipped with insurance. If item has been damaged during shipping please contact us immediately so that we may send you the proper invoices. All items are shipped USPS. Please contact us for rush shipping charges. Prices are as follows:
Grand opening shipping fees:
a flat rate of $9.00 for all items up to $200.00
Orders of $200.00 and up are FREE!
Michigan residents will be charged a 6% sales tax.
Care Please note, all items are boxed, beautifully wrapped and safely shipped. We never, ever, throw your item in a used envelope and ship it to you. All shipping materials are brand new. We do not recycle shipping boxes. We ship all clothing in boxes, not plastic bags. Accessories will be shipped in padded envelopes when necessary
All items unless stated are vintage/pre-owned. We cannot vouch if they came from a smoke free or pet free home. We do our best to insure that items are free of pet hair, dust and other “eeew!” factors when we ship them.
Lay-a-way We currently offer lay-a-way for items over $150.00. We require 30% down of total, plus shipping fees. You must make another payment {30 % of total] within 30 days. The remaining balance must be paid within the next 30 days. If you miss any payment deadlines you will forfeit all monies paid. We only give store credit if you decide to cancel your lay-a-way.

Returns We do not accept returns, unless there is a MAJOR flaw that we somehow missed. Items that would be considered for returns would require immediate notification, confirmation from Chi-Chi and the Greek and insured return within 2 days of receiving purchase. We reserve the right to limit this procedure. We also will not pay for shipping on said returns and will also charge a 10% restocking fee. Please note that we are consumers ourselves and will take every measure to ensure that you are happy with your garment before it arrives to you.
Sizing All items are measured flat and doubled. If there is a tag size in garment we will include it for reference. Please be aware that it is the rule, rather than the exception that most vintage items will need some type of alterations for a perfect fit. Do try and measure a favorite garment of your own for reference. We do not take returns because of sizing issues.
Condition We only sell items that are in good, very good and excellent wearable condition. We mention any flaws that would hinder this. Invisible flaws, such as lining spots, loose hems, are not always mentioned. Any flaw that does not detract from item is not always mentioned. All items should be hand washed/dry-cleaned before wear.
If you are looking for perfection, then vintage shopping is not for you. Having said that, we do not sell what we wouldn’t wear! [or wouldn’t buy!]
Gift Wrap We will gift wrap any purchase for a fee of $5.00
