Vintage Diane Freis Beaded Dress

You must be warned: when you wear a Diane Freis dress people will stop and stare! Men will open doors for you with big smiles, women will pull you aside and ask where you got that dress, children will look at you with adoring eyes. A Diane Freis is not for the meek or shy, these dresses are a for women who want to be noticed. Perhaps it’s the super femine sexiness they ooze, or the combination of prints, beading, gored insets that dazzle the eyes. For us Diane Freis’s are the “no brain-er” outfit we put on when we go out. The georgette is  detailed with small areas of beading,on the sleeves as well as the  front and back.  Victorian rose print also has semi sheer stripes running through it as well.  The best part is the skirt, fly away pleats, all the way around, allow for  movement and glimpse of legs! Blouson sleeves with polka dot georgette gored insets. Elastic waist is 2 ½ inches wide, wear it high on your natural waist or pulled low for a lanky look.  This dress also comes with the original belt, which is very hard to come by.  All Diane Freis dresses  are designed and made in Hong Kong in her own factory.
