Vintage Neiman Marcus Swishy Cocktail Tunic
What else could you possibly need besides this bewitching vintage Neiman Marcus cocktail dress? I mean seriously, the plunging neckline adorned with frothy ruffles, sounds like the opening sentence of a Harlequin Romance novel. Don't even get us started on the gathered yet sheer sleeves, or the detachable satin Rhinestone encrusted belt.

Or the attached yet "swishy" chiffon pleated skirt. But wait, darling, that's no skirt, thats a tunic that wants to be dress. Yes, you heard right, this so called dress is actually a smoldering tunic, that parts down the middle to show off those gold satin capri pants that you have been dying to wear. Scandalous!
